Concept Design // Phase One
PHASE ONE consists of gathering all of the relevant information by asking you the right questions about your desired design to work in with your budget.
We create original contemporary designs to meet your practical needs, design style and functionality.
Each new home design comes with a preliminary set of plans and high resolution 3D illustrations via a BIMx file and Google Cardboard Virtual Reality Viewfinder.
BIMx allows you to walk through your new home, cut sections at any point, view colours and cladding and check out all aspects of your project giving you a very realistic picture of the outcome and design spaces. It can also be used on site for the construction process ... and the best thing is, it's completely free.
We set up a folder for you on the BIMx model transfer site and simply send you the link for feed back, collaboration and ultimately construction.
Tender Documentation // Phase Two
One of the biggest traps potential home builders face is getting to far into the design documentation before getting preliminary costings done.
This can be devastating to a project and in its extremes can cause the project to ultimately fail due to financial blow outs.
At PHASE TWO we work closely with clients to minimise the potential "design before budget" trap by taking the plan set to a minimal stage where it can have costings and quantities applied.
This is a very important part of the process to achieve your desired home within your existing budget.
Working Drawings // Phase Three
At PHASE THREE we take your developed design to the building consent stage by producing high quality construction detailing in accordance with the NZBC meeting all the requirements of you relevant council authority.
We collaborate with engineers and other 3rd party services to put together the working set and then we submit it to the council on your behalf. This can be a costly and timely process which we can handle from start to finish freeing you up to focus on other important aspects of the building process.
Promotional Imaging
As a stand alone service or combined with the above services we offer a high end promotional service to advertise and sell potential investment projects, subdivisions or sell houses from high resolution images and plans.
We do this by producing BIMx files as mentioned in PHASE ONE that present floor plans, elevations and live 3D interactive models that literally sell your projects.
We can design a series of houses for home building companies or investors looking for the best advertising material that has a point of difference from all the rest by using ARCHICAD and ARTLANTIS software.
We can also create BIMx files and renders for any existing plans and designs for greater marketability.
We can now produce physical 3D printed FFF (fused filament fabrication) models produced on the latest Ultimaker 3 - 3D printer. This takes presentation to another level creating amazing visualisation and engagement with potential customers.
